HNC Green Mango Smoothie
As the weather warms up Smoothies become a quick breakfast favourite here for us. I usually throw a bit of this and a bit of that but have had some requests for some combination ideas so will get to blogging some of our favourites for you!
Top tip: Always have some frozen chopped fruit on hand to help make your smoothie icy cold! The amount of liquid you add will determine how thick it is.
Here is my HNC Green Mango Smoothie recipe that is a regular here now that mangoes are back in season – cue happy dance!
- half a mango
- One frozen banana
- a couple of chunks of frozen pineapple
- great big handful of baby spinach
- juice of half a lemon
- medjool date
- water and ice (the amount of water will depend on how thick you want it, and how many people to serve)
HOW TO DO IT
Throw it all in your blender and blitz away!
Serve in a funky glass and away you go.
NOTE: You could leave the medjool date out if you use coconut water instead of tap water.
