Healthy Christmas recipes – Christmas food sorted!
It’s the most wonderful time of the year……and the most hectic!! Every year I say I am going to be organised, relaxed and really enjoy the lead up to Christmas….ha ha nope!! Don’t get me wrong I am still enjoying it, just wish it wasn’t as hectic. So to help you out, here are some of my picks to make your Christmas feast a delicious, yet healthy one. The Healthy Chef’s fruit mince pies are simply delicious. She has a couple of different options for the pastry, including a gluten free one for those that need it.
Shan from My Food Religion has these gorgeous Apricot and Pistachio balls. Yum.
Or how about some Pecan Shortbread Fingers from The Joyful Table ? (Gluten and Dairy free)
And this is the Christmas cake I will be making – Mamacino has a delicious looking gluten free Christmas cake here.

Now for some Christmas cocktails…..this year i won’t be indulging in a cocktail (or two) being pregnant, but that doesn’t mean you can’t!

And I can’t go past a mojito! I love mine plain, but here is a cranberry mojito recipe for you. If you have cut back on sugar, I’d recommend cutting the sugar back in this too as it would be way too sweet. Enjoy!
