HNC summer ‘slaw – the perfect Summer Salad!
My husband hates mayonnaise. I mean REALLY hates it! So a ‘normal’ version of coleslaw is definitely not an option for us! That’s ok though – as I actually love this version even more. It’s lighter, fresher, and the mint, coriander and lime really give it a tropical feel. A perfect summer salad!
