Healthy Natural Changes was born from the desire to share our love of real, whole foods and provide assistance and inspiration to others who are looking at making positive changes to their diet and lifestyle.

Hi there! My name is Lee, I live in Brisbane with my loving husband and my gorgeous little boy. My journey to beginning Healthy Natural Changes is unfortunately not that uncommon these days – constant illnesses, doctors visits and antibiotics, specialists visits, tests and food intolerances that have bought us back to where we should have been in the first place- eating wholefoods and eliminating all the toxic chemicals from our lives. The health of our little boy has played a huge role in our journey which you can read more about here. 
As a family we have made lots of healthy, natural changes that are improving our health and quality of life. We can help you to make some positive changes too. 

We have become aware of how much diet impacts on our health, energy levels, sleep, moods – and most importantly – our health in the future. After all, you are what you eat!
Here I share with you information I have found along the way so that you too can have the knowledge to make your own decisions and improve your long term health and vitality. I share recipes that are made from whole foods and so are preservative free, a lot are also gluten and dairy free. Most are refined sugar free.
